How it works
In three steps.
- 1
Paste the event details
Add the schedule for each day, venue address with map link, dress code, parking, food and stay details. Add the organiser phone and WhatsApp for urgent questions.
- 2
Make it look like the event
Pick an accent colour that matches your invite, upload a logo or photo as the avatar, and write a warm welcome message with the couple or event name.
- 3
Share in the invite
Put the link and QR code on the digital invite, the WhatsApp group description and the printed card. Guests scan and ask any time until the event ends.
Why it matters
What changes for you
Questions people ask
Can I limit it to invited guests only?
Yes. Set visibility to unlisted so only people with the link can open it. For stricter control, set it to private and allow the Google emails of your guests. Public is best for college fests and open workshops.
What if the schedule changes at the last minute?
Open your fad on your phone, edit the text where the schedule is written, and save. The new timing is live for the next question. You can also add a question-answer pair like "Any changes today?" and update that one line.
Can guests confirm attendance through it?
There is no form inside the chat. Instead, turn on the WhatsApp handover so a guest can tap and send "we are 4 people, coming on both days" to your number. You keep the count in WhatsApp as usual.
Can I use it for a workshop or conference?
Yes. Add the agenda, speaker list, venue, registration steps and certificate details. Participants ask about session timings and lunch breaks instead of asking the organising team. Put the QR code at the registration desk for easy access.
