Refund policy

fad.fyi is free today, so there is nothing to refund yet. This page tells you how refunds will work when the Pro plan launches.

When Pro launches

Pro will be billed monthly in Indian rupees and can be cancelled any time. Cancelling stops the next charge; you keep Pro until the period ends.
If something on our side stops your fad from working for more than 24 hours in a billing month, write to us and we will refund that month.
If you were charged by mistake, for example twice, we refund the extra charge in full.
Refunds go back to the original payment method within 5 to 7 working days after approval.
