How it works
In three steps.
- 1
Upload the menu
Add your menu as a PDF, or as a CSV with dish name, price, category, image and description. Items then show as cards with price when a guest asks.
- 2
Add the questions guests ask
Write question-answer pairs for delivery area, minimum order, Jain options, party booking and parking. Add your timings and address so the fad can share them.
- 3
Print the QR code
Download your QR code and put it on tables, the counter and takeaway bags. Add the WhatsApp handover so a guest can send an order with one tap.
Why it matters
What changes for you
Questions people ask
Can the fad take orders and payments?
It does not take payment. It answers questions and then passes the order to your WhatsApp with the message already typed. You confirm the order and payment there, the way you do now. Many restaurants find this simpler than a full ordering app.
What if my menu changes daily?
Keep your fixed menu as a PDF and put the daily special in a pasted text source that you edit each morning. It takes under a minute. Thali of the day, sold-out items and festival items all fit there.
Can it show dish photos?
Yes. Use the CSV product list with an image column that links to a photo of each dish. Cards then show the photo, price and a link if you have one. Without photos, the fad still answers with names and prices.
Can guests use it in Hindi?
Yes. A guest typing in Hindi gets a Hindi reply, in Hinglish gets Hinglish, and in English gets English. Your menu can stay in English. The fad handles the language for each guest on its own.
