Terms of service

By using fad.fyi you agree to these terms. They are short on purpose.

Your account

You sign in with Google and are responsible for what happens under your account. You must be at least 18, or have a guardian’s permission.

Your content

You keep ownership of everything you feed your fads. You give us permission to store it and use it only to run your fads. You confirm you have the right to use the content you add.

Your fads

You are responsible for what your fad says, because it says only what you fed it. Follow the acceptable use policy. Do not impersonate others; reserved addresses are enforced for everyone.

Our service

fad.fyi is provided as is. We work hard to keep it up and accurate, but AI answers can be wrong and the service can have downtime. Do not rely on a fad for legal, medical or financial decisions without a human check.

Plans and payment

The free plan has limits shown on the pricing page. When paid plans launch, their price and refund terms will be shown before you pay. See the refund policy.

Ending things

You can delete a fad or your account at any time. We can suspend or close accounts that break these terms or harm others.

Liability

To the extent the law allows, our liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the last 12 months, which for the free plan is zero.

Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes go to the courts of the place where we operate.

Changes

We may update these terms. Important changes will be announced on the changelog.
