- The phone line is busy with timing and fee questions while patients wait at the desk.
- Patients come on the wrong day because the doctor's schedule changed and the board outside did not.
- Appointment messages arrive at night on personal numbers and get lost by morning.
- Doctor-wise schedule: which doctor sits on which days and at what time.
- Consultation fees, follow-up fees and the validity period of a follow-up.
- Tests and services available in the clinic, with prices as a product CSV if you like.
- How to book, how to collect reports and what to bring on the first visit.
- Clinic address, floor, landmark, parking and the Google Maps link.
- Emergency instructions, like which hospital to go to after hours.
How it works
Set it up once. It answers every day.
- 1
Write down what the desk repeats
Paste the doctor schedule, fees, test list and visit instructions as plain text. These are the answers your receptionist gives fifty times a day, so write them once in simple words.
- 2
Lock the sensitive answers
For questions that need exact wording, like what to do in an emergency or how reports are shared, add question and answer pairs. The fad repeats those answers exactly as you wrote them.
- 3
Send appointments to WhatsApp
Turn on the WhatsApp handover with your clinic number. When a patient wants to book, one tap opens WhatsApp with their request typed in, and your desk confirms the slot during working hours.

Questions people ask
Will the fad give medical advice?
No. It answers only from the clinic information you feed it, such as timings, fees, tests and visit instructions. If a patient asks about symptoms or medicines, it says it cannot answer that and offers your WhatsApp button or phone number so they reach a doctor.
Is patient data safe?
You can read every chat in your dashboard, and the files and notes you upload are not used to train anything. If you want, keep the fad private so only the Google emails you allow can open it, which suits an internal staff helper.
Can it book the appointment itself?
It does not hold your appointment book. When a patient wants a slot, the fad opens your clinic WhatsApp with their request typed in. Your desk replies with the available time and confirms. This way your existing register or software stays the only place where bookings are kept.
We have three doctors with different timings. Can one fad handle that?
Yes. Write each doctor's days, hours and fees in your notes, or upload the schedule as a PDF or Excel file. When a patient asks for the dentist, the fad answers for the dentist. One fad per clinic is usually enough.
What does it cost a small clinic?
Nothing to start. The free plan includes 3 fads with 10 sources each and files up to 25 MB, which covers schedules, fees and instructions for a typical clinic. A small "Start your own fad" line appears on the chat page. Pro, with more fads and sources, is coming soon.
