- Calls at 11 pm asking "room khali hai kya" while you are asleep.
- The same questions about check-in time, parking and breakfast, twenty times a day.
- Guests see only booking apps, never your direct price, so you lose the commission.
- Your tariff card: room types, season and off-season rates, extra bed charges
- House rules: check-in and check-out time, ID needed, pets, smoking
- Directions from the station, bus stand and airport, with landmarks
- Breakfast menu, meal timings and room service hours
- Nearby places to visit and how far each one is
- Your cancellation and advance payment policy
How it works
Set it up once. It answers every day.
- 1
Upload what guests ask about
Sign in with Google, pick fad.fyi/yourhotel, and upload your tariff PDF, house rules and a few question-and-answer pairs. Paste your Google Maps directions as text. It takes about five minutes.
- 2
Put the link where guests look
Add the link to your Google Business profile, Instagram bio and booking confirmation message. Print the QR code for the reception desk and each room door, so guests scan instead of calling the desk.
- 3
Let bookings come to WhatsApp
When a guest wants to book, the fad shows a WhatsApp button. Their question arrives on your phone already typed out, so you only confirm the dates and share the payment details.

Questions people ask
Can the fad check if a room is free on a date?
Not by itself. It does not connect to your booking register. It can share your tariff, rules and directions, and when a guest asks about dates it shows a WhatsApp button so you can confirm availability in one message. This works well because the guest arrives already informed.
My rates change in peak season. How do I update them?
Open your fad, remove the old tariff file and upload the new one, or edit the question-and-answer pair for rates. The change is live right away. You can also keep two pairs, one for season and one for off-season, and the fad will share the one that matches the question.
Will it work for a small homestay with 3 rooms?
Yes. The free plan gives you up to 3 fads with 10 sources each, which is plenty for one property. You do not need a website. Your fad link and QR code are enough, and guests open it on their phone without installing anything.
What if a guest asks something I never added?
The fad says it does not have that information and offers your WhatsApp, phone or email instead of making something up. Later, the Teach tab lists every such question. You type the answer once and the fad knows it from then on.
Can I put the chat on my own hotel website too?
Yes. Copy the one-line widget code from your fad and paste it into your website. A floating chat button in your colour appears on every page. It works on WordPress, Google Sites and any plain HTML site, and you can still use the fad.fyi link and QR code alongside it.
