How it works
Set it up once. It answers every day.
- 1
Make your collection a CSV
List each piece with its name, price, photo link, category like kurta or saree, and a short description. Upload the CSV and your collection becomes cards that customers can browse in the chat.
- 2
Add sizes, shipping and returns
Paste your size chart, shipping charges and return rules as text. Put the return rule in a question and answer pair so it is always quoted exactly, with no room for argument later.

Reply to DMs with one link
Put the fad link in your Instagram bio and reply to "price please" comments with it. Customers browse, ask and then tap to order on WhatsApp, with their question already in the message.

Questions people ask
Can customers pay inside the chat?
No. The fad shows your pieces with prices and links, answers questions and then opens your WhatsApp with the customer's message. You take payment the way you do now, by UPI, a payment link or cash on delivery. If you have an online store, put the product link in the CSV and the card links to it.
How do I show photos of each outfit?
Add the image column in your CSV with a public link to the photo, for example from your website. Each card then shows the picture, the title, the price and a button that opens the link you gave. Shoppers see the outfit, not just its name.
I add new pieces every week. Is updating hard?
Add a row to your spreadsheet for each new piece, delete rows for sold-out ones, save as CSV and upload it again. It takes a few minutes. A good habit is to do it once a week before your new posts go up.
What if a customer asks for a size or colour I do not have?
If the information is not in your CSV or notes, the fad says so honestly and offers your WhatsApp button. It will not promise a colour or size you never listed. You can later add custom colour options to your notes if you offer them.
Is the free plan enough for a boutique?
For one boutique, yes. You get 3 fads, 10 sources each and files up to 25 MB, and one CSV can hold your whole collection. The chat page shows a small "Start your own fad" line; Pro, coming soon, removes it and adds more sources.
