- Customers call to ask if a medicine is available, and the phone is always engaged.
- Everyone wants home delivery but nobody knows your delivery area or minimum order.
- Prescription rules get argued at the counter because customers were never told them.
- Store timings, Sunday hours and the nearest 24-hour pharmacy for emergencies.
- Home delivery areas, charges, timings and how to send a prescription.
- Prescription policy: which medicines need a doctor's prescription at your counter.
- Generic substitutes you stock and your policy on offering them.
- Health products and devices as a product CSV, like BP monitors, glucometers and baby care.
- Payment options, discount card rules, and return policy for unopened items.
How it works
Set it up once. It answers every day.
- 1
Write your store rules once
Paste timings, delivery areas, charges and your prescription policy as plain text. The fad uses these notes to answer in Hindi, Hinglish or English, matching the language of the customer.
- 2
List over-the-counter products
Health devices, supplements, baby products and personal care items can go in a product CSV with prices and photos. Customers browse them as cards and tap through to order.
- 3
Route orders to WhatsApp
Turn on the WhatsApp handover with your store number. The customer taps once, your WhatsApp opens with their message, and they send the prescription photo in the same chat.

Questions people ask
Will it recommend medicines or doses?
No. The fad only knows the store information you give it, like timings, delivery rules and your prescription policy. It has no medical knowledge of its own to offer, and when asked about a medicine or dose it says it cannot answer and hands the customer to your WhatsApp or phone.
Can customers check if a particular medicine is in stock?
The fad cannot see your billing or inventory software, so it does not know live stock. It can tell customers how to check, which is to send the medicine name on WhatsApp, and your staff replies. Keep the fad for rules, timings and delivery, where it saves the most time.
How do customers send a prescription?
They tap the WhatsApp button in the chat. Your WhatsApp opens on their phone with their question already typed, and they attach the prescription photo in that same conversation. Prescriptions are shared on WhatsApp, not inside the chat page, so they stay between you and the customer.
Can I list health products with prices?
Yes. BP monitors, glucometers, thermometers, protein powders, diapers and such items go into a product CSV with title, price, link, image, category and description. They show as cards with the price, and the link can point to a photo or your online listing.
What does the free plan include for a pharmacy?
Up to 3 fads, 10 sources in each and files up to 25 MB, with no charge. One fad is enough for a store: a notes text, a product CSV and a few question and answer pairs. Free fads carry a small "Start your own fad" line on the chat page, which Pro will remove when it launches.
