About
Every business deserves its own AI.
fad.fyi is built in India by the team behind tinydabba, makers of NFC and QR products used by thousands of small shops. We saw the same ten questions being answered by hand every day, and built something better.
Why we built it
Working with small businesses on QR codes and review cards, we kept hearing the same thing: customers ask simple questions at all hours, and owners answer them one by one on WhatsApp. General AI tools could not help, because they knew nothing about the shop. So we built a chatbot that knows only your business, speaks your customerโs language, and knows when to hand over to you.
What we believe
Grounded over clever
A fad only says what you would say. When it does not know, it says so.
Simple over complete
Five minutes on a phone. If a feature needs a manual, it is not ready.
Respect for your data
No training on your content. Private when you want. Delete means delete.
