How it works
In three steps.
- 1
Write your availability
Paste your consultation days, timings, fees and location. Add question-answer pairs for "first visit ke liye kya laana hai" and "walk-in allowed hai kya" in your own words.
- 2
Turn on WhatsApp handover
Add your clinic WhatsApp number. Whenever someone wants to book or asks something the fad cannot answer, it shows a button that opens WhatsApp with the message prefilled.
- 3
Share on your listing and door
Add the link to your Google Business profile and Instagram. Print the QR code for your reception desk and door, so people can ask even when the clinic is shut.
Why it matters
What changes for you
Questions people ask
Does the fad book the appointment itself?
No. It answers the questions and then moves the person to your WhatsApp with their request prefilled. You or your receptionist confirm the time. This avoids wrong bookings and keeps your existing diary or software as the single truth.
Can it give medical advice?
It answers only from what you feed it, such as timings, fees, test preparation and services offered. If you do not add medical content, it will not give medical advice. When asked, it says it does not know and offers your WhatsApp or phone.
Can I show my phone number instead of WhatsApp?
Yes. You can show your phone, email and working hours in the chat, with or without the WhatsApp button. Some clinics show both, so a patient can call in an emergency or message for a normal booking.
Will it work for a salon or a tutor too?
Yes, the flow is the same. A salon lists services, prices and open hours. A tutor lists subjects, batch timings and fees. The visitor asks, gets the answer, and sends a booking request on WhatsApp with one tap.
