Open Feed and choose Q&A pair. Type the question the way a customer asks it, such as What is the admission fee? Then type the exact answer below it.

Write the answer you want repeated
This answer is used as it is, so write it complete and polite. Include the number, the condition and the next step. For example: The admission fee is ₹2,000, non-refundable, payable by UPI.

Let Teach do the rest
Over time, questions your fad could not answer appear in the Teach tab. Write the answer there once and it becomes a new Q&A pair. Your fad gets sharper every week.

Admission fees kitni hai?

The admission fee is ₹2,000, paid once at the time of joining. It is non-refundable. Monthly fee is separate and depends on the class.

Refund milega agar course chhod diya?

Fees once paid are not refundable. If you leave in the first week, you can move to another batch within 6 months at no extra cost.

Do you take students from other boards?

Yes. We take CBSE, ICSE and State Board students for classes 8 to 12. Separate batches run for each board.

Questions people ask

What does highest priority mean?

When a visitor asks something, the fad checks your Q&A pairs first. If a pair matches the question, that answer is given exactly as written. Only when no pair matches does the fad look at your files, links and pasted text to write a reply.

Will it match the question if the wording is different?

Yes, within reason. Fees kitni hai, What is the fee and How much do you charge all point to the same pair. You do not need to write every version. The fad understands the meaning, then gives your fixed answer.

Can the answer be in Hindi or Hinglish?

You can write the answer in the language your customers use most. Remember it is repeated exactly as written, so a Hinglish answer stays Hinglish even for an English question. For mixed audiences, English is the safer choice.

How do I fix a wrong answer the fad gave?

Open Chat history or the Teach tab, find the question, and add a Q&A pair with the correct answer. Because pairs have the highest priority, the fad gives your version from then on. You can also fix the source file later.
