How it works
Set it up once. It answers every day.
- 1
Load your price list as cards
Export your stock list to a CSV with model name, price, photo link and category like phones, earphones or chargers. Customers asking for a phone under โน15,000 see the matching models as cards.
- 2
Explain EMI and repairs once
Write your EMI rules, repair charges and warranty policy as plain text. Lock the exact wording of the exchange valuation rule in a question and answer pair so nobody argues about it later.
- 3
Stick the QR on the counter
Print the QR code and put it at the billing counter and on the shop shutter. Add the link to your WhatsApp status and Google listing. Buyers tap through to WhatsApp when they decide.
Why it matters
What changes for you
Questions people ask
Prices change every week. How do I keep up?
Keep your price list in one spreadsheet. When rates change, edit the rows, save as CSV and upload it in place of the old file. The fad quotes the new prices from that moment. It is the same effort as updating the rate board in the shop.
Can it tell customers whether a model is in stock right now?
Only what your list says. The fad does not connect to your billing software, so it cannot see live stock. Keep the CSV to models you actually have, remove sold-out ones, and for a final check the customer can tap the WhatsApp button and ask you.
Can it check repair status or IMEI details?
No. It has no access to your repair register or any device database. When someone asks about their repair, it says it cannot check and offers your WhatsApp so they can send their job slip number. Keep the fad for prices, policies and charges.
Will it work for accessories and small items too?
Yes. Covers, chargers, earphones and memory cards go in the same CSV with their own category. A customer asking for a type C charger sees those cards with prices. One CSV file can hold your whole shop.
Do I pay anything?
Not on the free plan. It includes 3 fads, 10 sources per fad and files up to 25 MB each, which is plenty for a price list, EMI notes and repair charges. The chat page displays a small "Start your own fad" line for free fads. Pro is coming soon.
