- Type or paste any text directly into your fad
- Usable immediately, no upload and no waiting
- Perfect for timings, delivery rules, offers and policies
- Replace a note any time and the new text is live at once
- Each note counts as one of your 10 sources
How it works
In three steps.
- 1
Open Feed and choose Paste text
Go to your fad, open Feed and pick Paste text. A simple box appears. Give the note a short name, like Delivery rules, so you can find it later.
- 2
Write or paste
Type the information or paste it from WhatsApp, Notes or an email. Full sentences work best. For example: We deliver within 5 km. Delivery is free above โน499, otherwise โน40.
- 3
Save and test
Save the note. It is usable immediately. Open Try and ask the question a customer would ask, in Hinglish if you like, and check that the reply uses your words.
Why it matters
What changes for you
- Write full sentences with the subject, like Our store opens at 10 am, not just 10 am.
- Keep one topic per note: timings in one, delivery in another. Easier to update.
- Paste the message you send most on WhatsApp. It already answers your top question.
Questions people ask
Is there a limit on how much text I can paste?
A pasted note counts as one source, and the Free plan allows 10 sources per fad. Within a note you can paste a good amount of text, like a full page of rules. For very long content, a file upload is a better fit.
Can I paste text in Hindi?
The fad understands English, Hindi and Hinglish questions and replies in the visitor's language. For the text you feed, plain English works best and is the safest choice today. Your Hindi-speaking visitors still get a Hindi reply built from it.
What is the difference between Paste text and Q&A pairs?
Paste text is free-form. The fad reads it and writes its own reply in simple words. A Q&A pair is a fixed question with a fixed answer, repeated exactly as you wrote it, with highest priority. Use pasted text for general information and Q&A pairs for answers that must never change.
How do I update a note after saving?
Open Feed, remove the old note and paste the new version. The new text is usable immediately, so the very next visitor gets the updated answer. Since everything saves as you go, there is nothing else to publish or confirm.
