- Donors ask about 80G receipts and bank details late at night, when nobody is in the office.
- Volunteers want to know what they will actually do, and the answer is in someone's head.
- Your annual report explains everything, but nobody reads a 40 page PDF on a phone.
- Your programmes: what you do, where, and who it helps
- How to donate: bank details, UPI, online link, 80G receipt process
- Volunteer roles, time needed, and how to sign up
- Annual report and impact numbers as a PDF
- Office address, timings and the right person for media or partnerships
- Your registration details that donors commonly ask for
How it works
Set it up once. It answers every day.
- 1
Upload what you already publish
Sign in with Google and choose fad.fyi/yourngo. Upload your annual report, your donation page link and a volunteer FAQ. Write question-and-answer pairs for bank details so they are repeated word for word.
- 2
Share it with your supporters
Add the link to your donation appeals, your WhatsApp broadcast messages and your social media bios. Print the QR code on event banners and pamphlets so visitors can ask questions on the spot.
- 3
Bring helpers to a real person
When someone is ready to donate, volunteer or partner, the fad shows your WhatsApp button with their message prefilled. Your coordinator replies when free, and no willing helper is lost.

Questions people ask
Can the fad accept donations directly?
No, it does not handle money. It shares your donation page link, UPI details or bank account exactly as you wrote them, and explains your receipt process. The actual payment happens on your existing payment page or bank, which keeps things safe and simple.
Our work is in Hindi-speaking villages. Will it reply in Hindi?
Yes. A visitor who writes in Hindi or Hinglish gets a reply in the same language, even if your documents are in English. This helps field partners, local volunteers and the families you serve ask questions without hesitation.
Can we use it for internal volunteer guidelines too?
Yes. Create a second fad, set it to private, and allow only the Google emails of your volunteers. Upload your code of conduct, reporting formats and safety rules. Volunteers in the field can ask it questions, and outsiders cannot open it at all.
What if a donor asks something sensitive we have not covered?
The fad never guesses. If a question is outside your sources, it says so and shows your WhatsApp, email or phone so a team member can respond personally. The Teach tab collects these unanswered questions, and you can add careful answers at your own pace.
Is our data safe? We have donor information in some documents.
Only upload what you are comfortable sharing with the public, because a public fad answers anyone. Keep donor lists out of it. The files you upload are used only to answer questions on your fad and are not used to train anything. You can delete a source any time.
