How it works
In three steps.
- 1
Paste or upload your rates
Copy the price list from your notebook, WhatsApp message or Excel sheet. Paste it as text or upload the file. Write the unit clearly, like per piece, per kg or per month.
- 2
Add the small print
Add a few question-answer pairs for things like discounts, GST, home visit charges and minimum order. These get answered exactly as you write them, word for word.
- 3
Share your link
Put the link on your WhatsApp Business profile, print the QR code for your counter and add it to your Google Business listing so people find prices before they call.
Why it matters
What changes for you
Questions people ask
My price list is a photo. Will that work?
A photo alone is not a supported source. Type the prices into a text box or an Excel sheet instead. It takes a few minutes and makes every answer exact. If you have a PDF rate card with real text in it, you can upload that directly.
Can it show different prices for members or wholesale?
Yes. Write both prices in your list, for example "โน120 retail, โน95 for 50 pieces or more". The fad will share the right one when asked. For special deals you do not want public, leave them out and let the fad pass those buyers to WhatsApp.
What if a customer tries to bargain?
The fad does not negotiate. It states your price and can offer the WhatsApp button so you decide yourself. Many owners add a question-answer pair like "Is the price fixed?" with their own polite answer, so the reply is always in their words.
Can I hide prices and only show them on request?
The fad shows a price only when someone asks about that item. You can also make the fad unlisted, so only people with your link can open it. For a fully private list, allow specific Google emails only and nobody else gets in.
