How it works
Set it up once. It answers every day.
- 1
Upload your price list
Make a simple CSV with columns title, price, link, image, category and description. Upload it to your fad. Each item then shows as a card with its price when a customer asks.
- 2
Add your shop rules
Paste your timings, delivery areas and payment options as plain text. Add question and answer pairs for things you want answered in your exact words, like your return rule.
- 3
Share the link and QR
Put the QR code near your billing counter and send the link in your customer WhatsApp groups. When someone is ready to order, the fad opens your WhatsApp with their message typed in.

Questions people ask
I have 400 items. Do I have to type them all?
No. Put them in one spreadsheet with the columns title, price, link, image, category and description, save it as CSV and upload it. A file can be up to 25 MB, which is far more than any kirana list needs. When rates change, fix the sheet and upload it again.
What if a customer asks about an item I do not sell?
The fad answers only from what you fed it. If an item is not in your list, it says it cannot find it instead of making up a price. It then offers your WhatsApp button so the customer can ask you directly.
Can it take the order and payment?
It does not take payment. It answers questions and, when the customer is ready, opens your WhatsApp with their message prefilled. You confirm the order and collect payment the way you already do, by UPI, cash on delivery or khata. This keeps you in control of every order.
My customers mostly type in Hindi. Will it work?
Yes. The fad reads and replies in Hindi, Hinglish and English. If a customer writes "chawal ka rate kya hai", the reply comes back in the same style. You do not need to write your price list in Hindi for this to work.
How much does it cost?
The free plan gives you up to 3 fads with 10 sources each, which is enough for a price list, your shop rules and a set of question and answer pairs. The chat page shows a small "Start your own fad" line. A Pro plan with more room is coming soon.
