- Upload a CSV with a title column, that is all that is required
- Optional columns: price, link, image, category, description
- Products appear as cards with price and link inside the chat
- Questions like under ₹500 or show me kurtis work
- Link cards to your Amazon, Meesho, website or WhatsApp
How it works
In three steps.
- 1
Make the CSV
Open Excel or Google Sheets. Put one product per row. Name the first column title. Add price, link, image, category and description columns if you have them. Save as CSV.
- 2
Upload it in Feed
Open Feed, choose Product list and upload the CSV. The fad reads every row. The image column should hold a web link to the photo, not the photo itself.
- 3
Ask like a customer
In Try, type what a buyer would type: cotton saree under ₹800. The fad shows the best matching cards with price and link. Upload a fresh CSV any time as prices move.
Why it matters
What changes for you
- Write prices as plain numbers, like 499, without the ₹ sign or commas.
- Use the category column, like Sarees or Kurtis, so category questions match better.
- Image links must be direct, public web links to the photo, not a Google Drive share link.
Questions people ask
What should my CSV look like?
One product per row. The only required column is title. Optional columns are price, link, image, category and description. Column names go in the first row. Make it in Excel or Google Sheets and choose Save as CSV. A list with just titles and prices already works.
Can visitors buy inside the chat?
Not inside the chat itself. Each card carries the link you gave, so the visitor taps it and buys on your Amazon listing, your website or wherever you sell. You can also point the link to your WhatsApp to take the order there.
How many products can I add?
Your product list is one CSV file, and a file can be up to 25 MB. That is enough for a very long list. Keep only products you actually sell right now, so visitors are not shown items you cannot supply. Replace the file when stock changes.
What happens when someone asks for something I do not sell?
The fad does not invent a product. If nothing in your list matches, it says it could not find that and offers your WhatsApp or contact details. The question also shows up in your Teach tab, so you can add a Q&A reply or add the product later.
