- Visitorsโ messages and your fadโs replies, so you can read chats
- Thumbs up or down on replies
- Basic logs: IP address and time, for safety and limits
- Use your content or chats to train AI models
- Sell or share your data with advertisers
- Show your private fad to anyone not on your list
- Keep your data after you delete a fad

Reliability
fad.fyi runs on servers we operate, with HTTPS everywhere and certificates that renew automatically. Per-visitor and per-fad limits protect everyone from abuse. The status page shows whether the site, chat and sign-in are working right now.
Your controls
- Visibility: draft, private, unlisted, public, one tap.
- Allowed emails for private fads.
- Delete a fad, with everything in it, by typing its address.
- Change your address; the old one redirects for 30 days then frees up.
Trust questions
Where is my data stored?
On servers managed by fad.fyi. Files are stored in a private area per fad and read only to answer questions for that fad.
Who can see my chats?
You, as the owner, in the Chats tab. We may look at logs to fix a problem you report. Nobody else.
Can I export or delete everything?
Deleting a fad removes its files, knowledge, chats and feedback permanently. If you need a copy of your data first, ask us on the contact page.
Do you sell data or show ads?
No and no. The free plan shows a small โStart your own fadโ line on your chat page. That is all.
