Questions people ask

Will the fad make up answers?

No. It answers only from the files, links, text and question-answer pairs you gave it. When the answer is not there, it clearly says it does not know and offers your WhatsApp, phone or email. You stay in control of every fact.

Do customers need to install an app?

No app for you or your customers. The fad opens as a normal web page on any phone. You share one link, a QR code, or add a chat button to your website. You manage everything from your phone browser too.

How do I update a price or timing?

Open your fad, change the text or replace the file, and save. The next chat uses the new information right away. For common changes like timings, keep them as question-answer pairs so you can edit them in seconds.

What does it cost?

The free plan gives you up to 3 fads, with 10 sources each and files up to 25 MB. Your chat page shows a small "Start your own fad" line. Pro is coming soon with more room for bigger businesses.
