- Membership enquiries come at midnight after someone sees a transformation reel.
- Trainers answer fee questions between sets instead of training the members in front of them.
- Plan prices, freeze rules and batch timings are explained differently by every staff member.
- Membership plans and prices: monthly, quarterly, yearly, couple and student offers.
- Batch timings, ladies-only hours and the weekly off.
- Personal training charges, trainer names and their specialities.
- Rules for freezing a membership, transfers and refunds, in your exact words.
- What to bring on the first day, locker and shower facilities, parking.
- Supplements you sell as a product CSV with prices.
How it works
Set it up once. It answers every day.
- 1
Upload your plan sheet
Put membership plans, prices and what each includes in an Excel or PDF, or paste them as text. Add personal training charges and batch timings in the same way.
- 2
Make the rules unarguable
Freeze, transfer and refund rules go into question and answer pairs so the fad quotes them word for word. Members cannot later claim they were told something else at the desk.
- 3
Link it from every reel
Add the fad link to your Instagram bio and reply to comments with it. Put the QR at reception for walk-ins. Trial and joining requests arrive on your WhatsApp with one tap.

Questions people ask
Can it give workout or diet plans?
Only if you write them. The fad answers from your sources alone, so if you upload a beginner workout PDF for members, it can answer from that. Without such a file it says it cannot advise and points members to your trainers. A good setup is a private fad for paying members with that kind of content.
Can members check their membership expiry date?
No. The fad is not connected to your membership software, so it does not know who has paid or when a plan ends. It can explain how to check, for example by messaging the desk on WhatsApp, and that button is right there in the chat.
We run festival offers every few months. How do we update?
Edit your plan sheet or paste a short note with the offer, its price and its last date, and upload it. Remove it when the offer ends. The fad uses whatever is currently in your sources, so there is no risk of quoting an expired Diwali offer in January.
Does it work on the gym website too?
Yes. Copy the one-line widget code into your website and a floating chat button in your colour appears on every page. It works on WordPress, Google Sites and any plain HTML page. Visitors chat right there without leaving your site.
Is it really free for a gym?
Yes. The free plan gives 3 fads with 10 sources each and files up to 25 MB, which is more than enough for plans, timings, rules and a supplement list. Free chat pages show a small "Start your own fad" line. A paid Pro plan is coming soon for those who want more.
