- Calls come when your hands are in foam or colour and you cannot pick up.
- Every new customer asks for the price list, and you type it again and again.
- Missed calls after 9 pm are missed bookings, because the customer books the salon that replied.
- Your rate card as a CSV: service, price, time taken and a photo, shown as neat cards.
- Timings for weekdays and weekends, and the days you are closed.
- How bookings work, walk-in policy and cancellation rules.
- Bridal and party packages with what is included and the advance amount.
- Products and brands you use, and home service areas if you offer it.
How it works
Set it up once. It answers every day.
- 1
Upload your rate card
List each service with its price, how long it takes, and a photo link in a CSV. Customers asking for a keratin treatment see the card with the price straight away.
- 2
Set your booking rules
Paste how appointments work, how much advance you take for bridal packages and what happens on a late cancellation. The fad tells every customer the same rules politely.
- 3
Turn on WhatsApp handover
Add your salon number. A customer who wants Saturday at 4 pm taps one button, your WhatsApp opens with that request, and you confirm when your hands are free.

Questions people ask
Does it manage my appointment calendar?
No. The fad does not keep a calendar or block slots. It answers questions and, when a customer wants a time, opens your WhatsApp with their request. You confirm based on your own diary. This avoids double bookings caused by two systems disagreeing.
I am not good with computers. Can I set it up from my phone?
Yes. Sign in with Google on your phone, type or paste your prices and timings, and share the link. Making the CSV is easier on a laptop, but pasting the rate card as plain text works just as well to begin with.
What if someone asks for a service I do not offer?
The fad checks your rate card and notes. If the service is not there, it says it could not find it and offers your WhatsApp button, instead of quoting a made-up price. You can then add the service later if you decide to offer it.
Can I show before and after photos?
You can add an image link to each service in your product CSV, and that picture shows on the service card. For a gallery, link to your Instagram or website page from your notes, and the fad will share that link when asked.
How much does this cost a small salon?
The free plan is enough for a single salon: 3 fads, 10 sources each, files up to 25 MB. You will see a small "Start your own fad" line on the chat page. When Pro arrives, it will remove that line and allow more sources.
