- Unanswered questions collect in the Teach tab automatically
- Thumbs-down replies land there too
- Write the answer once and it becomes a Q&A pair
- See how often the same question came up
- Dismiss questions that do not need an answer
How it works
In three steps.
- 1
Open the Teach tab
Every few days, open your fad and tap Teach. You see the questions your fad could not answer, plus replies that got a thumbs-down from visitors.
- 2
Write the answer once
Tap a question and type the answer the way you would say it. Save. It is now a Q&A pair, so the next person asking that gets your exact words.
- 3
Dismiss the rest
Some questions are spam, jokes or simply not your business. Dismiss them and they leave the list. What remains is a clear picture of what customers really want to know.
Why it matters
What changes for you
- Set a reminder for Monday morning. Five minutes in Teach clears a week of gaps.
- If many people ask the same thing, also add it as a suggested question.
- Dismiss freely. A short, relevant list is more useful than a long one.
Questions people ask
How does a question reach the Teach tab?
In two ways. When your fad cannot find an answer in your sources, it tells the visitor so and saves the question to Teach. And when a visitor gives a reply a thumbs-down, that question is saved too. You do nothing extra.
Does the visitor who asked get the answer later?
No, the fad cannot message a past visitor. The answer you write helps the next person who asks. If the question was urgent, the visitor already had your WhatsApp or contact details offered in the chat, so they could reach you directly.
Where does my answer go after I save it?
It becomes a Q&A pair, the same as the ones you add from Feed. Q&A pairs have the highest priority, so the fad uses your exact words whenever that question comes up again. You can remove or replace it later from your Q&A list.
What should I do with questions that are not about my business?
Dismiss them. Someone asking a shop fad about cricket scores does not need an answer. Dismissed questions leave the list so you can focus. Keep Teach for real gaps: a product you forgot, a policy you never wrote down, a timing that changed.
