How it works
In three steps.
- 1
Upload your welcome material
Add your onboarding PDF, the "how to start" page from your website and your terms. Add a short pasted text with the first three things a newcomer should do.
- 2
Set suggested questions
Write three suggested questions newcomers tap first, like "How do I book a class?", "Where are the recordings?", and "Who do I contact for billing?".
- 3
Send the link on day one
Add the fad link to your welcome WhatsApp message, email and membership card. Keep it unlisted so only your customers use it, or private for paying members.
Why it matters
What changes for you
Questions people ask
Can I keep it only for paying customers?
Yes. Set the fad to private and add the Google emails of your members or students. Only they can open the chat. Or use unlisted and share the link only in your welcome message. Public works if you also want to attract new sign-ups.
What should I feed it first?
Start with your welcome PDF or the onboarding page on your website, your timetable, and your contact details. Then add five to ten question-answer pairs for the questions you hear most in week one. You can grow it from the Teach tab later.
Does it replace a human welcome call?
No, it supports it. Your call sets the tone, the fad answers the small questions after the call, at night and on weekends. Many businesses send the fad link at the end of the welcome call so the customer knows where to ask.
Can it answer in Hindi for some members?
Yes. Your material can be in English. A member who writes in Hindi gets a Hindi reply, a member who writes Hinglish gets Hinglish. The same fad serves your whole mixed batch without extra work.
