- Every enquiry wants the full itinerary explained on a call before they even compare prices.
- Inclusions and exclusions get misunderstood, and the argument happens at the hotel check-in.
- You are travelling with a group and the phone keeps ringing with new enquiries you cannot take.
- Itinerary PDFs for each package, day by day.
- Package price sheet by season, with per-person and child rates.
- Inclusions and exclusions, in exact words, as question and answer pairs.
- Booking process, advance amount, payment options and cancellation charges.
- A product CSV of packages with price, cover photo and a link to the full itinerary.
- Visa help, travel insurance and documents needed for international trips.
How it works
Set it up once. It answers every day.
- 1
Upload every itinerary
Drop in your itinerary PDFs and the season-wise price sheet. The fad reads them and can answer what day three of the Kerala trip looks like or what the Goa package costs in December.
- 2
Show packages as cards
A CSV with package name, starting price, cover photo, category like family or honeymoon, and a link to the itinerary turns into browsable cards. Travellers compare at a glance.
- 3
Fix inclusions in writing
Put inclusions, exclusions and cancellation charges in question and answer pairs. The fad quotes them exactly, so the customer knows before paying that the houseboat lunch is included and the flight is not.
Why it matters
What changes for you
Questions people ask
Can it check seat or hotel availability for specific dates?
No. The fad has no link to airline, hotel or bus systems. It answers from your itineraries and price sheet, including season-wise rates and departure dates you have listed. For live availability, the traveller taps the WhatsApp button and you confirm, which is how it works today anyway.
I sell 40 packages. Is that too many?
Not for the content, but mind the source limit. The free plan allows 10 sources per fad, so group itineraries into fewer PDFs, for example one file per destination, and list all 40 packages in a single CSV. Both count as one source each.
Can travellers book and pay through the fad?
The fad does not take payments. It gets the traveller fully informed and then opens your WhatsApp with their message, where you share dates, a payment link or bank details and confirm the booking. You stay in charge of every rupee that changes hands.
Prices change by season. How do I manage that?
Keep one price sheet with a row for each season and date range, and upload it as Excel or PDF. The fad reads the right rate for the dates the traveller mentions. When next year's rates come in, replace the sheet and nothing else needs to change.
Is there a cost for a small agency?
No. You can run up to 3 fads free, each with 10 sources and files up to 25 MB. That suits one fad for domestic packages, one for international and one spare. Free chat pages include a small "Start your own fad" line, which the upcoming Pro plan will remove.
