How it works
In three steps.
- 1
Make your CSV
Open Excel or Google Sheets. Add columns title, price, link, image, category and description. One row per product. Save it as a CSV file and upload it to your fad.
- 2
Add the rest of your info
Add your delivery areas, payment options and return rules as pasted text or question-answer pairs. Now the fad can answer the questions that come after "kitne ka hai".
- 3
Share and watch the chats
Send the link on WhatsApp status, put it in your bio, or add the widget to your Shopify store. Open the chat history to see what people ask for most.

Questions people ask
How many products can the CSV have?
One CSV counts as one source and can be up to 25 MB, which is many thousands of rows. Keep titles short and descriptions clear so the fad can match what visitors ask for. Use the category column to group items like sarees, kurtis and dupattas.
Where do product photos come from?
Put a direct image link in the image column. It can be a photo already on your website, Shopify or any public image link. The card shows that photo. If a row has no image, the card still shows title, price and link.
Can visitors buy inside the chat?
The chat does not take payment. Each card has your link, so the visitor taps and buys on your website, Amazon or marketplace page. For WhatsApp orders, turn on the WhatsApp handover and the visitor reaches you with the product question already typed.
Does it work for a wholesale catalogue too?
Yes. Put the minimum quantity and wholesale price in the description column. Add a question-answer pair about bulk pricing. Retailers can ask for "100 pieces rate" and the fad shows the right items and passes serious buyers to your WhatsApp.
