How it works
In three steps.
- 1
Type your hours and address
Paste opening and closing times for each day, lunch break, and holidays. Add the full address with a landmark and your Google Maps link. Add parking and nearest metro details.
- 2
Add contact details
Turn on your phone number, email and hours in the chat. Add the WhatsApp button for anyone who needs directions in real time or wants to check if an item is in stock.
- 3
Put it on the shutter
Print the QR code and stick it on your shutter or door. A visitor who finds you closed scans it, learns when you open, and messages you on WhatsApp.
Why it matters
What changes for you
Questions people ask
How do I change the timings for a festival?
Open your fad, edit the text source where your hours are written, and save. Write something like "Closed on 20 October for Diwali, open 11 am on 21 October". The change is live for the next chat, on your link, QR and widget.
Can it show a map?
The fad shares your Google Maps link as part of the answer, and the visitor taps it to open directions on their phone. Add the landmark in words too, because many people prefer "opposite the old bus stand" to a pin.
What about several branches?
Add the timings and address of each branch in the same text source, clearly labelled. When a visitor asks about Indore, the fad gives the Indore details. For very different branches you can also make a separate fad for each.
Do I need a website for this?
No. Your fad lives at fad.fyi/yourname and works on its own. Share the link, print the QR code, or add it to your Google Business profile and WhatsApp profile. If you later get a website, add the widget in one line.
