- Your junior spends half the day telling callers which documents to bring.
- People message at odd hours asking "GST registration ka kya charge hai" and expect a reply.
- Clients arrive with the wrong papers, and the meeting is wasted.
- Your list of services: GST filing, ITR, company registration, trademark, property documentation
- Documents checklist for each service, as a simple bullet list
- Consultation fee, meeting duration and how to book
- Office address, timings, and court days when you are unavailable
- Your profile: qualifications, years of practice and areas of work
How it works
Set it up once. It answers every day.
- 1
Write your notes once
Sign in with Google and pick fad.fyi/yourfirm. Upload your services PDF and paste your document checklists. Add question-and-answer pairs for fees and timings, which the fad repeats exactly as you wrote them.
- 2
Share the link with new enquiries
Put the link in your email signature, your Google Business profile and your WhatsApp auto reply. A new client reads the checklist and fee before the meeting, so the first conversation starts from the real matter.
- 3
Keep advice with you
The fad only repeats information you entered. When someone asks what they should do in their own case, it says it does not have that answer and offers your WhatsApp or phone. Judgement stays with the professional.

Questions people ask
Is it allowed for a lawyer or CA to use a chatbot like this?
A fad only shares information you choose to publish, such as your services, fees and office details, the same things you would put on a visiting card or a website. It gives no legal or tax opinion. You remain responsible for what you write in it, so follow the rules of your own professional body.
What happens when a client describes their case and asks for advice?
The fad does not answer questions that are not covered by your sources. It tells the person it does not have that information and shows your WhatsApp or phone so they can speak to you. You can also add a question-and-answer pair that explains advice is given only in a consultation.
Are the chats confidential?
You can see every conversation in your dashboard. Your uploaded files and the chats are not used to train anything. If you want the fad for existing clients only, set it to private so that only the Google emails you allow can open it.
Can I keep separate fads for my GST clients and my legal clients?
Yes. The free plan allows up to 3 fads, each with its own link, sources and look. You could run fad.fyi/yourname-gst with filing checklists and fad.fyi/yourname-legal with your court practice details, and share each link with the right group of clients.
How do I update my fee or my court days?
Open the fad, edit the question-and-answer pair or replace the file, and save. The new answer is live immediately. There is no app to update and nothing to resend to clients, because the link stays the same.
