Can students use it to ask subject doubts?
Only if you feed it study material. If you upload your notes as PDF or Word files, the fad can answer questions from those notes. For a public enquiry fad, keep it to courses, fees and timings, and create a separate private fad for enrolled students if you want a doubt solver.
How do I stop outsiders from seeing student material?
Set that fad to private. Then only the Google emails you add can open it, so you can allow your enrolled students and nobody else. Your public enquiry fad stays open to everyone, and the two never mix.
Fees change every year. Do I rebuild everything?
No. Just replace the fee sheet. Upload the new Excel or PDF, remove the old one, and the fad answers with the new numbers from then on. Your brochure, rules and other sources stay exactly as they were.
Will it promise results or toppers we did not mention?
It cannot. The fad speaks only from your sources. If a parent asks about last year's results and you have not written about them, it says it does not have that information and offers the WhatsApp button so you can answer personally.
What is included free?
Three fads, each with up to 10 sources and files up to 25 MB. That is enough for an enquiry fad plus two batch-wise study fads. Free fads show a small "Start your own fad" line on the chat page. Pro, which removes it and adds room, is coming soon.
