How it works
In three steps.
- 1
Write your policy in plain words
Paste your return window, conditions like tags attached, items that cannot be returned, and how refunds are paid. Keep sentences short, because the fad will quote them.
- 2
Add the edge cases
Add question-answer pairs for sale items, damaged-in-transit parcels, wrong size, and cash versus UPI refunds. Exact answers stop the fad from softening your rules.
- 3
Link it from your store
Add the widget to your Shopify or WordPress store and put the link in your order confirmation message. Customers check before buying and after receiving.
Why it matters
What changes for you
Questions people ask
Will the fad agree to a refund it should not?
No. It answers only from the rules you wrote, and it does not approve or process anything. For a case outside your rules, it says it is not sure and shows your WhatsApp button, so you make the call.
Can it handle Shopify return questions?
Yes. Paste the same policy you show on your Shopify store, plus the practical steps, like where to send the item. Add the one-line widget to your store so customers can ask without leaving the product page.
Our policy differs for sale items. Can it manage that?
Yes. Write it clearly, for example "Sale items can be exchanged within 3 days but not refunded". The fad will apply the right rule when a customer mentions a sale purchase. Question-answer pairs are the safest way to state exceptions.
Does it work after the customer has received the parcel?
Yes. Put your fad link in the order confirmation and thank-you message. A customer with a parcel in hand can check the return steps, timeline and refund method, then start the process on WhatsApp.
