- Admission season floods the office with calls about dates, documents and fees.
- Circulars go out as photos on WhatsApp and parents cannot find them a week later.

- Bus routes, stops and transport fees as an Excel or CSV file.
- Academic calendar with holidays, exam dates and parent-teacher meeting days.
- Uniform, books and stationery details, with the shop address if you have a vendor.
- Office timings, contact numbers and the Google Maps link to the campus.
How it works
Set it up once. It answers every day.
- 1
Upload what you already print
Your prospectus, fee circular, bus list and academic calendar already exist as files. Upload them as they are, PDF, Word or Excel, up to 25 MB each. No retyping is needed.
- 2
Add the official wording
Admission criteria, refund rules and age limits must be stated exactly. Put those in question and answer pairs so parents get the official line, not a summary of it.
- 3
Share with parents and staff
Add the widget to the school website, put the QR on the notice board and gate, and share the link in class groups. For staff-only policies, make a second fad and keep it private.
Why it matters
What changes for you
Questions people ask
Can it answer about a specific student, like marks or attendance?
No, and that is by design. The fad knows only the documents you upload, such as the prospectus, calendar and fee circular. It does not connect to your student records, so it cannot share marks, attendance or personal details. For those, it offers your office WhatsApp button.
Our circulars change every month. How do we keep it current?
Upload the new circular as a source and delete the outdated one. It takes a minute from your phone. Since the fad answers only from the current sources, parents never get last month's dates by mistake.
Do parents need to install an app?
No app at all. The fad opens in the phone browser from a link or a QR scan. A parent can type in Hindi, Hinglish or English and the reply comes in the same language. It works on any smartphone.
Can we see what parents are asking?
Yes. Every conversation is visible in your dashboard. The Teach tab collects the questions the fad could not answer, which is a very good list of what your prospectus is missing. Write the answer once and the fad learns it.
Is it free for a school?
Yes, the free plan works for schools too. It gives 3 fads, 10 sources per fad and files up to 25 MB. A typical setup is one public fad for parents, one private fad for staff, and one spare. The free chat page includes a small "Start your own fad" line.
