- Your sales page is long, but people still DM "course mein kya kya hai" instead of reading it.
- Students post the same doubt in the community every week and wait a day for your reply.
- Refund and access questions eat your evenings, and each one needs the same careful answer.
- Course outline: modules, lessons, duration and what a student can do at the end
- Price, offers, payment options and EMI if any
- Access period, device support, certificate and refund policy
- Lesson notes, transcripts and cheat sheets as PDF or text
- Frequently asked doubts with your exact answers as question-and-answer pairs
- Your sales page link and your other courses as a CSV with price and link
How it works
Set it up once. It answers every day.
- 1
Feed it the course and the notes
Sign in with Google and claim fad.fyi/yourcourse. Add your sales page link, upload lesson notes and transcripts, and write question-and-answer pairs for refund, access and certificate rules so they are repeated exactly.
- 2
Add the widget to your sales page
Paste the one-line widget into your course landing page, whether it is on WordPress, a course platform that allows custom code, or plain HTML. A floating chat button in your colour answers doubts before someone leaves.
- 3
Give students a private doubt desk
Create a second fad set to private, allow your students' Google emails, and load it with full lesson notes. Students ask doubts any time, and the Teach tab shows you what they struggle with.
Why it matters
What changes for you
Questions people ask
Will the fad give away my paid course content for free?
Only if you put it in a public fad. Keep the public fad for the outline, price and policies, and put full lesson notes in a private fad that only your students' Google emails can open. Public visitors then see what the course covers, not the lessons themselves.
Can it handle video transcripts?
Yes. Export your transcripts as text or Word files and upload them, up to 25 MB each. The fad can then answer questions about what you said in a lesson and point students to the right module. Clean transcripts with lesson names give the best results.
I teach in Hinglish. Will the fad match that?
Yes. It replies in the language the learner uses, so a student who writes "yeh formula samajh nahi aaya" gets a Hinglish explanation, and one who writes in English gets English. Your notes can be in either language.
How many students can use the private fad?
You add the Google emails you want to allow, and only those people can open it. There is no separate student list to maintain, just the allowed emails. The free plan gives you 3 fads with 10 sources each, and Pro will offer more when it launches.
Can I see what people ask before buying?
Yes. Every chat on your public fad is saved in your dashboard. Reading them shows you what buyers worry about, such as access period or EMI options, so you can fix the sales page and add question-and-answer pairs. Unanswered questions appear in the Teach tab.
