How it works
In three steps.
- 1
Enter your WhatsApp number
In your fad settings, turn on WhatsApp handover and enter your number. You can also show phone, email and hours for people who prefer to call.
- 2
Feed the basics
Add your prices, service details and area covered, as pasted text, files or links. The fad answers the common questions so only interested people come to WhatsApp.
- 3
Share your link everywhere
Use the link in Instagram bio, Google listing, ads and the website widget. Every place becomes a path to your WhatsApp, with the visitor question already written.

Questions people ask
How exactly does the WhatsApp button work?
The button opens a wa.me link with your number and the visitor question prefilled as the message. The visitor sees it in their WhatsApp, presses send, and the chat starts on your phone. You do not need any special WhatsApp setup or integration.
When does the button appear?
It appears when the visitor asks something the fad cannot answer from your information, and when they want to book, order or get a quote. Many owners also add a suggested question like "Talk to us on WhatsApp" so it is always one tap away.
Can I collect the visitor name and phone?
There is no lead form inside the chat. Instead, the visitor comes to your WhatsApp, where you already see their number and name. This is simpler for most Indian customers than a form, and you can save the contact as usual.
Can I use a different number for different fads?
Yes. Each fad has its own WhatsApp handover number. A real estate agent can send residential leads to one number and commercial leads to another, by making two fads. The free plan allows 3 fads.
