- Fifty families call in November and each one hears the same rates read out loud.
- You are mid-function with your hands in flowers or food when a new booking enquiry calls.
- Families forget what was said on the phone and later dispute the advance or the travel charge.
- Rate card per function: haldi, mehndi, sangeet, wedding, reception
- Catering menu options with per plate price and minimum guest count
- Decor themes with a photo and a starting price for each
- Travel charges, outstation rules and the cities you cover
- Advance, payment schedule and cancellation terms
- Photos from past weddings with a line about each
How it works
Set it up once. It answers every day.
- 1
Enter your season rate card
Sign in with Google and choose fad.fyi/yourbrand. Upload your rate card and menu PDF, or paste them as text. Add a CSV of decor themes with image, price and link so they appear as cards.
- 2
Send the link instead of a call back
When a family calls while you are busy, reply with one WhatsApp message: "Rates and photos here: fad.fyi/yourbrand". They browse at leisure, and you call back only the ones who are ready.
- 3
Confirm dates on WhatsApp
The fad cannot see your bookings, so for dates it hands over to your WhatsApp with the family's message prefilled. You check your diary and reply with a yes or an alternative.

Questions people ask
Rates are different for season and off-season. Can the fad handle both?
Yes. Write both rates clearly in your sources, for example "November to February โน7,000, other months โน5,500". When a family mentions their wedding month, the fad quotes the matching rate. If the month is not mentioned, it shares both and asks for the date.
I get most enquiries on Instagram. How does this help there?
Put fad.fyi/yourbrand in your Instagram bio and reply to DMs with the link. Followers get rates, photos and terms instantly instead of waiting for you to finish a function. Those who want a date go to WhatsApp from the chat, where you close the booking.
Can one fad cover my decor, catering and mehndi services together?
Yes, as long as it fits in 10 sources on the free plan. One PDF for rates, one CSV for decor photos, a few question-and-answer pairs and your terms is enough. If you run them as separate brands, create a separate fad for each, up to three.
What if someone asks for a discount?
The fad only knows what you wrote. If your sources say nothing about discounts, it says it does not have that information and offers WhatsApp, so the negotiation stays with you. If you do give a festive discount, add it as a question-and-answer pair and it will be shared exactly.
Do I need to print anything?
Not necessarily, but a QR code helps at exhibitions and wedding fairs. Print it on your stall banner or visiting card. A family scans it, asks their questions on the spot and leaves with your rates on their phone instead of a pamphlet they will lose.
