Visibility

Visibility is the setting that controls who can open your fad: only you, people you allow, anyone with the link, or everyone.

Visibility means who is able to see something online. A photo can be visible to only you, to your friends or to the whole world. The same idea applies to a chatbot. You might want to test it alone, share it with a small group, send it to customers, or let anyone find it.

Choosing the right visibility is about matching your purpose. A staff handbook should be seen only by staff. A shop should be open to everyone. Something you are still building should stay hidden until it is ready. Good tools let you change this with one click, without changing your link.

A fad has four visibility settings, which you change in the Settings tab. Draft: only you. Private: only the Google emails you allow, who sign in with Google to chat. Unlisted: anyone with the link, but not listed anywhere. Public: anyone can find it and chat. You can switch any time.

ExampleA coaching class keeps its batch fad private for enrolled students, and its admissions fad public for everyone.
