Suggested questions
Suggested questions are ready-made questions shown as tap buttons in a chat, so visitors can start without typing.
Suggested questions are small buttons that appear with the welcome message. Each one is a question the visitor can tap instead of typing. They solve the blank-screen problem: many people open a chat and do not know what to ask. A tap gets them a useful answer in one second.
Pick the questions people ask you most, and the ones you most want to answer. 'What are your timings?', 'Do you deliver?', 'What is the fee for Class 10?' A good set also quietly tells visitors what the bot is good at, so they ask the right kinds of questions.
On fad.fyi, you set three suggested questions in the Voice tab. They appear under your welcome message on your chat page and in the website widget. Write them in the language your visitors use, and make sure your sources actually contain the answer to each one.
