Q&A pair
A Q&A pair is one question and the exact answer you want given for it, word for word.
A Q&A pair is the simplest way to teach a chatbot. You write a question and the answer you want. When someone asks that question, or something very close to it, the bot replies with your answer exactly as you wrote it. There is no rephrasing and no summarising. What you typed is what they get.
Use Q&A pairs for things that must be said in a fixed way: a refund rule, a fee amount, a legal line, a policy, or a tricky question that the bot kept getting slightly wrong. Files and pasted text are good for general knowledge; Q&A pairs are for exact words.
On fad.fyi, you can add Q&A pairs in the Feed it tab, and the Teach tab creates them for you. It lists unanswered questions and thumbs-down replies. Write the right answer once, and it becomes a Q&A pair. The fad then answers that question exactly as you wrote it. Q&A pairs do not count towards your 10 sources.
