Fallback
A fallback is the reply a chatbot gives when it does not have an answer, instead of guessing or going silent.
A fallback is the plan B. When a chatbot does not know the answer, it needs a safe, helpful thing to say. A bad fallback is silence, or a confident wrong answer. A good fallback is honest: it says the bot does not have that information and points the person to someone who does.
For a business, the fallback is where you catch the customers you would otherwise lose. If the bot cannot answer, give the customer your WhatsApp or your phone number right there, with their question carried along. Then review those questions later and add the missing answers.
Your fad's fallback is built in. When the answer is not in your sources, it says it does not know and offers your WhatsApp or contact details. You can set the WhatsApp handoff to appear when the fad cannot answer. The question also shows up in the Teach tab for you to answer once.
