Grounded answers

A grounded answer is one that comes only from the information the chatbot was given, with no made-up details.

A grounded answer is an answer that stands on solid ground. The chatbot takes the facts from material it was given, like your price list or your website, and builds the reply from those facts only. If the facts are not there, it does not fill the gap with a guess. It says it does not know.

This matters a lot for a business. A chatbot that invents a discount, a delivery area or a timing can cost you a customer and your good name. Grounded answers may sometimes be shorter, but they are safe. You can trust what your bot tells people, because every answer traces back to something you wrote.

Every fad gives grounded answers. It uses only the sources you fed it. When a visitor asks something outside those sources, the fad says it does not know and offers your WhatsApp or contact details instead of guessing. You can then add the missing fact from the Teach tab in a minute.
