LLM (Large Language Model)

An LLM is a very large AI model trained on huge amounts of text so it can read, understand and write human language.

LLM is short for Large Language Model. It is the kind of AI that can read a question and write a reply in natural words. It learned language by reading an enormous amount of text. Because of that, it can summarise, explain, translate and chat. It is the technology behind most AI chat tools today.

An LLM is great with words but has two weaknesses. It knows nothing about your business unless you tell it, and it can sometimes make things up. That is why serious tools pair an LLM with your own documents and strict rules, so it uses its language skill while staying within your facts.

Your fad uses a language model to understand the visitor's question and to write the reply in plain English, Hindi or Hinglish. But it is kept on a short leash: it may only use what you fed it. When your sources do not have the answer, it says so and offers your WhatsApp.

ExampleThe LLM turns 'Sun 10-1 only, Rs 300' from your note into a friendly line: 'Sunday consultation is from 10 am to 1 pm and costs โ‚น300.'
