Hinglish

Hinglish is Hindi written in English letters, often mixed with English words, the way many Indians type on their phones.

Hinglish is how a very large number of Indians actually type. It is Hindi, or a Hindi and English mix, written in the English alphabet: 'kal delivery ho jayegi?', 'fees kitni hai?', 'kya aap Sunday ko open hain?'. There is no fixed spelling; the same word can be written in three ways by three people.

That makes Hinglish hard for old-style software, which looks for exact words. Modern AI handles it much better, because it works with meaning rather than spelling. For a shop, a clinic or a coaching class, supporting Hinglish is not a luxury. It is simply the language of the customer.

Your fad understands English, Hindi and Hinglish, and replies in whichever one the visitor used. If a customer types 'parking hai kya?', the fad answers in Hinglish. You can write your welcome message and suggested questions in Hinglish too, so visitors feel at home from the first line.

ExampleVisitor: 'Return policy kya hai?' Fad: '7 din ke andar return kar sakte hain, bill ke saath.'
