Conversation

A conversation is one complete chat between a visitor and the bot, from their first message to their last.

A conversation is one chat, from start to finish. It includes everything the visitor said, everything the bot replied, and the order it all happened in. Reading a conversation later shows you what the person wanted, how well the bot handled it, and where it fell short.

Conversations are the best feedback a business can get. They are real questions from real people, in their own words. Patterns appear fast: ten people asking about parking means you should add parking to your welcome message, or to your sources, or both.

On fad.fyi, the Chats tab lists each conversation your fad has had. For each one you see the time, the language the visitor used, the messages, and whether a WhatsApp handoff happened. Visitors' messages are stored so you can read them here and improve your fad.
