fad.fyi has a Free plan that is enough for most small shops, clinics, tutors and creators. A Pro plan is coming soon for people who need more room. This page lists what is included in Free, what Pro will add, and answers the money questions people usually ask before they start.
Is fad.fyi really free?
Yes. The Free plan costs ₹0, and there is no payment step at all. You can make 3 fads, feed each one 10 sources, upload files up to 25 MB, and answer 500 messages per fad per day. The only trade is a small 'Start your own fad' line at the bottom of your chat page.
What are the Free plan limits?
3 fads per account. 10 sources per fad. 25 MB per file. 500 messages per fad per day. A small 'Start your own fad' line on your chat page. That is the full list. Everything else, such as all three languages, the widget, the QR code, the Teach tab and the Chats tab, is included for free.
What will Pro include?
Pro is coming soon. It will give you more fads and more sources per fad, remove the 'Start your own fad' line from your chat page, read a whole website in one go instead of one page at a time, and give your fad priority. The price will be announced when it launches.
How much will Pro cost?
The price is not announced yet, because Pro is still coming soon. When it launches, the price will be shown on fad.fyi. Until then, the Free plan is complete and ready for real work. Anything you build on Free stays yours, with the same address and the same link.
Will my Free fad stop working later?
No. The Free plan is not a timed trial. Your fads keep working within the Free limits for as long as you like. If you later need more fads, more sources or the line removed, you can move to Pro when it is available. Nothing forces you to upgrade.
What is the 'Start your own fad' line?
It is a small line at the bottom of your chat page. It reads 'Start your own AI chatbot with fad.fyi' and links to fad.fyi. It is how fad.fyi grows while the plan stays free. It does not get in the way of the chat. Pro, when it comes, will let you remove it.
Can I use a fad for my business?
Yes. The Free plan is meant for real use: a kirana store, a coaching class, a clinic, a salon, a CA office, a small brand. Share it with customers, print the QR code, put the widget on your site. If you grow beyond the limits, Pro will be ready to take you further.
What if I need more than 3 fads?
Right now, the Free plan allows 3 fads per account. Pro, coming soon, will allow more. Until then, see whether one fad can cover more than one need. For example, one fad for your shop can answer about products, timings and delivery together. You can feed many topics into a single fad.
