Will it slow down my website?
No. The script is tiny and loads after your page. The chat itself only loads when someone taps the button.
Can I move the button to the left?
Yes. Add data-position="left" to the script tag.
Does it work on WordPress and Shopify?
Yes. Paste the tag before the closing body tag in your theme, or use a header-and-footer plugin on WordPress. We have step-by-step guides for both.
Will my website CSS break the chat?
No. The widget uses a Shadow DOM, a sealed box in the page, so your styles and ours never mix.
